WORKFORCE & SUPPLY-CHAIN ASSURANCE

Built for the gap between policy and practice

Right to Work obligations changed on 1 October 2026, but the practical challenge is not simply understanding the rules.

It is making sure the required controls actually operate across live projects, subcontractor chains, worker changes and site attendance — and being able to evidence that afterwards.

CrewDiligence was created to address that gap.

SUBCONTRACTOR ASSURANCE

Why CrewDiligence exists

Construction and other subcontractor-heavy industries depend on complex labour arrangements.

The organisation appointing the subcontractor may not directly employ the people carrying out the work. Workers can change. Labour can move further down the supply chain. Substitutions happen. Records are often spread across emails, spreadsheets, site systems and subcontractor files.

That creates a simple but difficult question:

Can you prove who was allowed to work, who actually worked, and what controls operated?

CrewDiligence is designed to make that answer clear.

OPERATIONAL WORKFLOW

What is CrewDiligence?

CrewDiligence is a dedicated workforce and supply-chain assurance platform designed to help organisations manage subcontractor controls, worker allocation, attendance, substitutions, assurance and project evidence.

CrewDiligence focuses on the operational question:

How do you actually do it, consistently, across a live project?

The platform translates policy and contractual requirements into a repeatable process:

Close-Out

At each stage, the aim is the same: make the control clear, make the process repeatable, and create evidence that can be retrieved later.

Workforce assurance connects worker verification, attendance verification and project evidence, so the project record reflects both who was cleared and who actually worked.

RIGHT TO WORK CONTROLS

Independent assurance around existing responsibilities

CrewDiligence sits alongside existing employer, contractor and subcontractor responsibilities.

CrewDiligence does not replace statutory Right to Work checks or legal advice, and does not remove legal responsibility from the organisations involved.

Instead, CrewDiligence provides an independent control, workflow and evidence layer around those responsibilities.

Our role is to help organisations demonstrate that the controls they expected to operate were actually being followed in practice.

SUBCONTRACTOR COMPLIANCE

Designed around real projects

CrewDiligence has been developed around the realities of subcontractor-led project delivery.

  • multiple tiers of subcontracting

  • small specialist subcontractors

  • workers allocated across changing projects

  • short-notice substitutions

  • site and remote workers

  • project-specific approvals

  • exceptions that need to be corrected quickly

  • evidence that may need to be reconstructed months later

The platform is designed to make those processes manageable without creating another layer of unnecessary administration.

PROJECT EVIDENCE

What good looks like

A well-controlled project should allow you to answer:

WHO WAS APPROVED?

WHO WAS ALLOCATED?

WHO ACTUALLY WORKED?

WERE SUBSTITUTIONS CONTROLLED?

WHAT EXCEPTIONS OCCURRED?

HOW WERE THEY RESOLVED?

CrewDiligence brings those answers together into one structured project record.

CONSTRUCTION WORKFORCE COMPLIANCE

Built for construction. Designed to go further.

CrewDiligence is initially focused on UK construction, where subcontractor-heavy delivery models make the problem particularly visible.

But the underlying challenge is not unique to construction.

Any organisation relying on complex subcontracted labour can face the same gap between contractual responsibility, worker identity, operational control and evidence.

That makes CrewDiligence applicable beyond construction as the platform develops.

CLARITY · CONTROL · EVIDENCE

Our approach

CLARITY

Make responsibilities, approvals and exceptions visible.

CONTROL

Turn fragmented processes into a repeatable workflow.

EVIDENCE

Create a defensible record of what happened and what controls operated.
